Coach-led movement prep. Not just stretching, purposeful activation for what's coming.

Strength / Skill15-20 min

Focused work on a lift or movement pattern. Coaches teach, correct, and scale to your level.

Conditioning10-15 min

The workout. Varied, intense, and scaled to your ability. Everyone works hard, everyone finishes.

Afterparty Cooldown5-10 min

Cool down, stretch, and talk. This is where the community happens, don't skip it.
